Microbiomix

Microbiomix is a Genova Diagnostics specialty kit offered through Naturally PRYM as a clinician-guided add-on when a question is not fully answered by PRYM’s Coast Dx blood panels.

What it measures

• Metagenomic / shotgun microbiome community profiling
• Species-level organisms including gas-producers (methane / hydrogen sulfide context)
• Pathogenic potential species signals (e.g., toxin-associated organisms where reported)

Specimen & collection: Stool (at-home collection).

Who it’s for: Clinician-directed deeper microbiome sequencing alongside or after GI Effects.

Turnaround: About 30 days after the lab receives the sample (per Genova product page).

Availability: Not currently available for New York State residents/patients.

Kit ships from our Daphne, AL warehouse. Collect at home and return with the prepaid mailer; results appear in your secure PRYM portal.
