Adrenocortex Stress Profile is a Genova Diagnostics specialty kit offered through Naturally PRYM as a clinician-guided add-on when a question is not fully answered by PRYM’s Coast Dx blood panels.

What it measures

• Diurnal salivary cortisol (multiple timed points)
• Salivary DHEA
• Cortisol–DHEA relationship on the Genova report

Specimen & collection: Saliva (timed multi-point collection across the day).

Who it’s for: Adrenal rhythm / diurnal cortisol and DHEA context.

Turnaround: About 7 days after the lab receives the sample (per Genova).

Kit ships from our Daphne, AL warehouse. Collect at home and return with the prepaid mailer; results appear in your secure PRYM portal.
