FemStart

FemStart is PRYM’s at-home baseline panel for women starting hormone replacement or seeking a full hormone-plus-metabolic snapshot.

Collection: Plasma markers run on a BD lithium-heparin microtainer. Hemoglobin & hematocrit ship on a second lithium-heparin (LiH) microtainer included with this panel (2× LiH total) so plasma volume is not starved. HbA1c is not on the core panel (optional add-on).

What this panel evaluates

• Estradiol, progesterone, testosterone, free testosterone index, SHBG, DHEA-S
• LH and FSH
• Cortisol
• TSH, free T3, free T4
• hs-CRP
• Standardized lipid panel (HDL, LDL, VLDL, triglycerides, ratios)
• Liver enzymes ALT, AST, GGT, and total bilirubin
• Hemoglobin & hematocrit (whole-blood path)

This panel provides laboratory information and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Collect with the included RedDrop device; typical turnaround is 3–5 business days after the lab receives your sample. Discuss results with a qualified healthcare professional.
